Booking policy

Your booking starts as Pending — sending a request doesn't guarantee a place. It's confirmed only when an organiser approves it.
Up to 4 players per booking, and one active booking per person for this session. If you book for others, please make sure their names and levels are correct.
Payment is by bank transfer only. Don't pay straight away: an organiser agrees how much you pay and by when, separately from approving your place. Save your booking reference — you'll need it to pay and to check your booking.
Under 18? A parent or guardian must make the booking for you.
On the waiting list? That isn't a confirmed place, so please don't pay anything yet.
We don't send automatic emails yet — an organiser will contact you directly.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancel before Thu 29 Oct, 19:00 for a full refund of anything you've paid.
After that, there's no fixed deduction: an organiser decides any refund case by case, fairly and in proportion to the club's actual loss (for example, whether your place was filled).
Cancelling is a request: all cancellations and refunds are at the organiser's discretion, and any refund is sent back by bank transfer by hand.
Late cancellations are reviewed by an organiser, and any deduction will be fair and in proportion to the club's actual loss.
