Session Rules

• Every booking starts as a request. Your place is confirmed once an organiser approves it.
• You can book for up to 4 players together. We need each player's name and skill level.
• Up to 1 active booking per email or phone number for each session.
• Some sessions set their own limits — the booking form always shows the rules for the session you choose.
• Each session has a booking deadline, shown on the session. Requests can't be sent after it.

Choose the level that best matches how you play. Some sessions are only open to certain levels, and the booking form only offers the levels that session allows.

• When a session is full, your request joins the waiting list.
• If a place opens up, an organiser may offer it to the earliest waiting booking that fits. Groups are never split.
• An offer comes with a private link and a time limit to accept. Please don't pay anything while you're on the waiting list.

• Cancel at least 24 hours before the session starts for a full refund of anything you've paid.
• After that, there's no fixed deduction: an organiser decides any refund case by case, fairly and in proportion to the club's actual loss (for example, whether your place was filled).
• If the club cancels a session, or can't offer you a place, any money you've paid is reviewed for a refund.
• All cancellations and refunds are at the organiser's discretion.

To cancel, open Check My Booking and choose "Request cancellation". Your place stays booked until an organiser decides — cancellations and refunds are at their discretion. Some sessions have their own deadline, shown when you book.

An organiser checks in each player when they arrive. Only confirmed players can be checked in.
